Purchase Price $ (limited registration) includes a $300 (non-refundable after 5 weeks of age) deposit after the Buyer has chosen a puppy. Additional shipping costs are not included in purchase price.
Sunshine Goldens:
Sunshine Goldens guarantees that the puppy had proper care to date and was examined by a licensed veterinarian. Health records will be provided at time of sale.
Sunshine Goldens does not guarantee color, size, training, or temperament of any puppy.
Return Policy:
If, for any reason the Buyer needs to return the puppy within the first 7 days after taking possession of the puppy, the Buyer may return the puppy in good health for a full refund minus the $300 deposit. The Buyer is responsible for returning the puppy and all associated shipping costs associated with returning the puppy.
Sunshine Goldens has the right to acquire DNA to determine the puppy as one of Sunshine Goldens’ lineages.
The value of the puppy is solely the original purchase price of the dog and does not include any additional prices declared by the Buyer, such as but not limited to: emotional value of pet, boarding fees, shipping fees/delivery fees, training fees, or accumulated veterinarian bills.
Puppy’s Health:
Vet bills will inevitably arise, Sunshine Goldens encourages you to plan and budget for regular checkups and occasional medical problems or emergencies. Sunshine Goldens encourages you to provide annual veterinarian examinations and to continue all required vaccinations and boosters as recommended by their veterinarian.
If, within 12 months of age, a serious medical issue arises due to a genetic defect or a congenital disease, you may and should contact Sunshine Goldens.
We believe that one of the best things you can do for your puppy and to continue throughout its life to help them be Healthy and Happy as possible is:
Healthy Food, Healthy Weight, Healthy Exercise, Regular Checkups, Up to Date Vaccinations, and LOTS of LOVE and ATTENTION.
The Buyer (Adoptee) Agrees:
To have the puppy examined within 7 days of purchase by a licensed veterinarian.
The Buyer understands and agrees that your puppy which you purchased from Sunshine Goldens is being sold with “AKC Limited Registration” only (Which means pet only, no breeding rights).
The Buyer agrees that no vet bills will be paid or reimbursed by Sunshine Goldens after the Buyer takes possession of the puppy.
The Buyer agrees that they will Never surrender their dog to a dog rescue or animal shelter. If a rehoming situation becomes necessary, it becomes the Buyer’s responsibility to find a new home for the dog. Sunshine Goldens is willing to assist during the rehoming process if needed.
